Description
Governor Kathy Hochul signed New York’s Medical Aid in Dying Act into law earlier this year and it will take effect on August 5th. Hear from Compassion & Choices about what this new end-of-life care option looks like, who is eligible, how eligible New Yorkers can access the law, and what care planning resources are available to patients, families, and the broader community.
