ALBANY — Republicans regained the majority in the state Senate this year as well as a few more state-funded cars for their members, a review of state records show.The pool of vehicles hasn’t increased, but who has them has changed, and some GOP members got an upgrade, including Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos, R-Nassau County, and Deputy Majority Leader Thomas Libous, R-Binghamton.
